GSA CB vs Xevil

When xevil was down for a few days, changed anti-captcha back to CB and was surprised by the result.
LPM changed from 30 to 70.

Also, I noticed that most of the links created with CB were URL shortener, etc (not contextual ones). 

Maybe it's just for me, but the questions is:

Is CB really much better optimized than Xevil?

I mean it's a big difference for t4 links when you need millions of links

    CB is great for text captcha and xevil is good for recaptcha v2 and v3 , so you can use both first CB and after Xevil

    btw, latest xevil doesn't want to solve normal image captchas it seems.
