Use verified URLs of >> [Multiple Projects] <<

I made Tier 3 using the above option.

I aimed at Tier 2 project in the setup of Muliple Projects. Tier 3 > Tier 2

And there are about 120,000 links in my site list. 

Will 120,000 backlinks be created for Tier 3 > Tier 2?

    Sorry but this setup makes no sense in terms of SEO. Of course you are free to use and define this as you want, but in a project I would not mix high and low quality engines.
    Some engines make only sense to be used for indexing purpose on the very last tier where others make more sense on the top tier for money site or one lever below.

    Also if you have in the end e.g. 1000 different sites from all the selected engines in your site lists, it would not mean that you get 1000 links. It can be actually a lot more as this depends on the amount of verified URLs from the main project. Each of the links might get submitted to one of the site lists sites (not all but some).
