Publish with date range

Hey!

Any chance you could add the option to publish with a date range? (Like Scrapebox Article plugin)

You set a start and end date for when to publish the articles. Both backdate and schedule.

    Also I seem to have some problems publishing at all. It's just stuck at "Publishing Articles..."

    Latest update will allow you to publish articles on a set date or in a set date range.
