if i back all of this up here and install GSA SER on a new dedi will i be good?

    No, thats the content of the original installation. Your data is in folder:
    c:\users\<login>\appdata\roaming\GSa search engine ranker\
    You can also try to enter %appdata% in the Windows explorer folder path to go there directly as the folder is usually hidden.

    Yes thats the correct folder to backup.
    When you move it to the new PC, edit the config.ini and search for "c:\" and replace all folders with the new one it is in now.
