Improving SER Efficiency

Sometimes I log in and see that the thread count is down. Let's say I have it set to use 100 threads, often the project goes down to 10 threads.

I'd love SER to take the extra 90 threads that are not being used and use these to:
1) Allow us to specify a list (like submitted/verified) and it will then check entries in this list and clear out any that are broken.
2) Allow a few threads to dedupe lists. 
3) Allow us to specify a list (like submitted/verified) and it will then check entries in this list and check it can still post to that platform. Platforms change and many of these URL's have been added to the list over 1 year ago.

    GG maybe the unused threads are not available to do other activities.. like theyre waiting to be finished in order start with the next task and they just must wait for their timeout period.. but i cant say for sure.. my thread count also goes down many times
