Incorrect and extra anchor texts

I am getting lots of incorrect and extra anchor texts when I am building blog comments and other links
Here is my project anchor details:

    Using google as fake-URL to test your link lists is not a good idea as SER will pick up any link it finds that would go to google, even if you haven't build it.

    Yes but why is it picking up any random anchor when I am not specified anything like that - that is my question.

    that anchor is probably the one used on that site where SER found the link. So its taking that as anchor.

    Hello so I tried with a different url and anchor and results are still wrong
    As you can see anchor text is seo



    Here is the result which is taking the URL as anchor text

    right click on the very left box with the engines to choose from->uncheck engines not using your anchor text.

    Well that will just uncheck engines that use no anchor text.  But in this case wrong anchor texts are being built on sites which accept anchor texts.
