gsa provide free emails itself to support your project process. You have to externally get emails when upgrading the project quality.

preferences of emails, proxies and settings highly depend on the projects and threads. So I won't expect Sven to provide them as well while he provide a first class support here with regular updates along with a lifetime software.

On the E-Mail Verification Manager you can click Create New and then Random and a Number and it makes some for you.

You should be able to create any pop3 enabled free email and it will work with SER. The question is how long will it work / will it work with your target sites. You get what you pay for.
