Is there a way to filter certain domains?

There should be a way. Noticing that gsa is using .ru domians to post. I want to avoid this domain on future projects. Where can I create a filter to overcome this?

    edit project->options->filter at the bottom you can define to e.g. not submit to certain countries/languages and even add .ru in the url filter.
