Hi!

I get licence for Web2 addon and cant install it. Yes! It is very simple - add API and click install but.... no my case :)

No new engines icons and even after check update and reinstall buttons here

The most interesting that 2 my bro have install well 2 extra API from the first time. 

I use Windows 10, GSA SER works well but not this day

Have you any ideas about?

    @Basilvg - Hmm, maybe try the force reinstall option. If that doesn't work, I would send a message through the contact form on serengines.com

    @Basilvg - Oops, I see you already mentioned you tried the reinstall. I know he told me before that he would be stopping new SERE V2 sign ups soon and I don't believe there will be anymore updates to V2 because he's working on V3.

    Hopefully, you'll hear from him soon.

    No problem and thank you!   The joke is two my friends have setup well on my 2 extra API :))  and I am not.

    I fix this case, change API in account and made Force Reinstall and all ok
