Omitting certain URL patterns

Hello,
I want to omit all the urls containing the world "china" --> this is not an extension or domain name, but if a domain contains "china" I want to omit. Can I add this to global black list this like this: "*china*".

Also I want to omit all .gov domains, should I add this like that: "*.gov*"
