    SER emails or SEOspartan emails work well for catchalls. I haven't found a cheap and reliable free email provider yet.
    Loopline's list works flawlessly but you can try cheaper providers in the marketplace but I haven't tried any of them yet.
    My favorite proxies are from Blazing SEO
