Add URL with keywords

Hey, im trying to add URLs with KWs through "Edit" -> "Add URL and Anchor text" but nothing gets added

    how do you see that nothing gets added? It should be in the box.

    For some reason, if I use the function (or +secondary anchor) the list gets blank

    But I can add them manually with # it seems
