how to publish on wordpress

after i finishe my project n want to publish on my wordpress, in menu "Configure site" there use format
URL:Login:Password
then i submit >> domain.com:username:Password
but when i publish it always error, how to fill the "configure site" corectly????

domain.com is wrong...it's a domain no URL...you really should use http:// or https:// for the URL.
