bad file name for russian and cirilic langueges

when I export articles for gsa I had this РґСѓС€РµРІС‹Рµ кабины   in file name and off course for the title in gsa

    is that file name shown correctly in explorer?

    no in explorer and when in import in gsa - it's incorrectly like РґСѓС€РµРІС‹Рµ кабины

    must be like душевые кабины

    the later thing I can fix on next update...but im unsure about the filename :/
