Is GSA ever going to make this available for purchase again?
Was it a third-party add-on?
I recently bought Scrapebox add-on. Only so-so happy with it.

its part of GSA Content Generator where it can search the site by a keyword, get the domains with that keyword in, go to webarchive.org and get the content from it to build articles that are not online anymore.

OK. That's not exactly what I had in mind, but a very cool idea, either way!
Sven, does GSA Content Generator keep a list of the expired sites that are found by KW?

It's OK. The SB add-on (mostly) works ok. It does keep a log, so even when it crashes, I don't lose the results.
