How Do I Move Submitted URLs From One Project Submitted List To Another?

in Need Help
I have a project and I want the submitted list appended to the submitted list for another project.

I Exported All from source..

But then, in the target project, don't seem to see a way to import.

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Select: Import Submitted URLs

    Choose Project.
