I don't have H2 inside article

I don't understand, i don't have H2 in the article.
I chose:
insert random paragraph spoilers/decorations
use h2 tag
take longtail keywords as decoration

And i don't have H2.

What is longtail keywords for the software?

    that are phrases in your keywords with at least 3 words.

    Why GSA doesn't generate theses phrases?

    you can do that using the keyword suggestion (click EDIT on the keyword input). I really don't think it's a good idea to perform this important task automated. You really should review the keywords.
