How to set which indexing service to use for each project?

E.g. I want the contextual link project to be sent to expensive indexing service such as bulkaddurl.com, while other project send to other cheaper indexing services. 

In the project setting - http://prntscr.com/pxny5g, it seems that I can't choose any particular services to be sent to.

Let me know if this possible?

    @Sven, perhaps you may want to consider add separate option for bulkaddurl, since this is expensive indexing service, so we can choose this option for certain premium campaign, and others will simply send to other indexing services. Thank you.
