options -> advanced -> identify platform and sort in -> engine selection

I cannot find custom engines over there. Also cannot see engines in "right click -> select by type"

    This is beacuse my engines are in AppFolder, copying to program files -> all works?

    Also, even while engines from AppFolder are not visible there, they are also being identified (all engines from AppFolder).

    Please allow us to select a default folder for Engines (that will fix the issues and also wont override with update etc. ).
