Aha... i mean, when searching in google for one engine, all the "no engine matches" domains are lost. They could be later imported by other projects... wasted resources

I guess they are saved there already? It is really not clear at all, what a failed means.

"failed" is including detected engines, but on further submission process there was an error for some reason
To be honest I don't think saving the sites that are undetected makes much sense. That list would grow too much and waste resources.

Disk space resources are most cheap thing on the planet compared to time, proxies, bandwitch, cpu computing power etc etc.

I don't think you fully understand what those check boxes are for --- they are for enabling \ disable read \write access
