I have Enabled schedule even though although already parsed working in SER.

    Some engines simply don't allow posting several times. Basically it has to be a article engine with accounting.

    I don't see the typical article category enabled here, just low profile engines such as image or blog comments where a duplicate posting is not wanted and working.

    Yes its my tier 2  settings, issue is from tier 2 only...
