How to limit the number of H2

Hello

I have one problem, i have selected "insert random paragraph spoilers/decoration" + "use <h2> TAG" + "Take article parts as decoration" + "Take longtail keywords as decoration"

but my problem is:
How chose the number of h2 title to insert?
I have often always the same h2 title, for example 5 times the same H2.

    ok, but you also have just one long tail keyword (min. 3 words) in project right?

    It is a project for one keyword / one article.
