Anchor % per url

Right now it is possible to use % anchor in project. But, is there any format to use % anchor per url? Example:


url#{10%|anchor1|20%|anchor3|30%|anchor4}
url2#{24%|anchor1|26%|anchor3|31%|anchor4}
url3#{50%|anchor1|20%|anchor3|38%|anchor4}

    no, but you can do it if you duppicate one anchor so the chance it bigger to pick it up than the other as: {anchor1|anchor1|anchor1|anchor1|anchor2} which will probably choose anchor1 4 time in 5 tries.
