exact match anchor

i want to make all links generated by gsa ser in exact match domain for some projects , i know that is wrong in google ranking but in some niche in rtl websites i need exact match anchor , how i can do that,

    you disable all engines that would probably generate there own anchor (right click on engine selection box).
