    1. it will use a random url instead of one after the other to create links.
    2. thats to build up links to another projects verified links (tier project).

    I guess it's a bit hard to get used to this if you never heard of tier projects but it is really simple.

    you can either create a project as in 1. where you have an URL you want to have backlinks for or you create a TIER project as in 2. where you don't have any URLs but will build backlinks to the verified links of a project you build in 1.
