US Proxy for submission

I'm using US proxy for submission but generate links from different countries. What does it mean.

    I don't think that has much of an influence other than the receiving site might detect that links as suspicious, but as the link passed, it should be all OK.

    Though, thats just my opinion as I know many SEO experts prefer to use proxies on the same region. Thats an option you can use in GSA Proxy Scraper.

    Yes I'm using same region PS country filtered proxy.
    My doubt is If I submit via region(US) proxy the verified links shows on different countries.
    Is it verified link domain region or submitted region?

    you mean the country flag next to the verified link? Thats the country of the server's location and has nothing to do with your data.
