Question about project stop

After project STOP, SER shows a lot of "unkown registration status" which means it submits the form after project is stopped but does not check for the reply. Why is that? Are the forms really submitted ?

    well if you stop a project, you want every running thread to stop NOW...so whatever state it is, it stops and does not continue till that step is done.
