New fast url shortener

Hello! I found https://shrturi.com/docs . How to add this url shortener service to the program by myself? Or you can add it for everyone? My recent experiments have shown that fresh link shorteners speed up the indexing of sites in Google.

    UPD: links with ampersands are broken, try to shrink this URL:

    why would you want an URL with & in it?

    I tested URL with & and & and both not working properly...

    should get fixed on next update...however, that & is not required...use a normal URL in the project data with ? and & if you want.

    Last question: why links not show in "Last verified URLs"? Need run verification manually or wait auto?

    if it's due to the &-urls, then they might not verify as this part is missing.
