Thread automatically chaning different value

in GSA Platform Identifier
I have set my thread is 100, while working in PI, thread changed the value automatically.
After reach thread 0 PI not again start.

    This happened in the old version after licensing servers were DDOS'd and it triggered the software to do this. You're using 1.93 and the latest version is 1.97.
