Version 13.28 it does not connect with RuCaptcha

The new version of GSA 13.28 is not connected to RuCaptcha, in the previous 13.27 everything was fine

    After update don't work any soft for capcha solving.

    UPD: need remove all added services and add again

    e.g. xevil, it only helps to get back to the old version

    and you use rucaptcha.com or that "rucaptcha API with IP" ? Because rucaptcha is really using that and ignores the host modification.
