    Bought the lifetime package before a few months and the folder is now empty for a few days.

    Will you fix it ? Or will you issue a refund ?

    Hi,

    As our homepage said we had to our service terminate (temporarily ) due to the SEO & system issues. We already transferred to another management (Dev + Management) and I have confirmed with them to provide free service to all lifetime customers. Which means every life time user will get new version of SER Power Lists.

    Once it's Live you will get a notification,

    TAT around 2 weeks.

    Hello, you just charged for another month and the service is down from 25th of July! Refund me 5 months NOW! I stated at this forum that you are charging without offering a service. This Extremely inappropriate for your name! 
    Proceed with the refund for at least 5 months!!

    Since we have been updating, we haven't monitor our accounts. We were busy last couple of weeks. I have discussed with Matt, and he agreed to give 1year to our new service.

    Now it's own by us. I will PM you with new credentials, and our launch is going to be on this week. Meantime you may have access to the backend as well. Please contact gsaser@serpowerlists.com as we don't monitor here. (at least till new version released)
