Is there any reason why GSA SER issue tracking shouldn't be on github?

I'm sure there are a lot of people who really love this software and want to see it get even better.

Having some kind of template for proper bug reporting would make everyone so much more happy.

    Well github is for open source...this is closed source really. And Im confident to say that I care for every bug found as soon as I read about it. I work one after the other until my list is empty...then I add new features (and maybe new bugs I know).
