gsa not updating to 13.9

when i laod up 13.3 it ask me to update. i hit update and it seems to dowload.
But then it starts in 13.3
please advise

    13.3 ? Thats not a version that exists...it's always xx.yy.

    download the demo version from homepage and install manually over your old.
