How to make GSA stop after running through a list?

I noticed that it appears to keep going through the list to try to find targets to post to. It seems like it would've kept on going for as long as I allowed it to. I had it set to active and global list. I would like it to run through a list one top and stop when completed. How can I do this?

    You have to turn off using targets from global list. Also turn off, search engines, post to competitor backlinks, try to locate new URL on "no engine match" and set the retry submit to a level which you feel adequate.
