Proxy Search Not Working

My gsa(GSA Search Engine Ranker) is not able to search for new proxies online . What could be the problem?

    you might not have checked any proxy sources. Click on "Add/Edit ProxySite" from the first screeshot.

    click on "load default proxy sites" and have a greater choice. If you didn'T modify the screenshot, then it's damaged anyway as no url appears.
