    1. h1/h2 is a style you set up in css on your page.
    2. you define the image placement yourself in project options
    3. see 2.

    1. I think you mention the template coding
    2. It's have left,right,centre alignment only.I can not see the image placement project option (Below the H1) and below H1 image size adjustment.

    1. choose h1/h2 as decoration placement
    2. on a new paragraph an image is added...as you seem to want one on every, you need to choose first/2nd/random/last and also make sure you increase the number of images to the max of wanted paragraphs

    2. Sven I never need image my 1st paragraph coz there is adsense in that place. So I don't use random. How I fix always appear below H1 with large size

    That is great news. Now can i upload a world list file to insert it automatically in articles like h1 or h2? That, because many times h1 and h2 is not related to main keyword...

    It's I configure 5-7 images in Insert image 
    2 Images only output in articles.
    I Never don't need 1st paragraph Image coz adsense in title below
    I request you I need a future Insert image in my every paragraph 
    Then only my article looking better.
