How Do I Re-Target URLs Missed b/c the Proxy Not Working?

in Need Help
If working with a list (or fixed engines Like SERE or PSR) how do I attempt posting again ONLY to those that failed? Thanks!

    you can import the sites from the failed site list, and in the case of fixed web2.0 engines, SER will try again to submit to it in intervals until the amount exceeds the settings in project to try to post to failed sites again.
