Is There A Macro To Use Anchor Text From Page Title Of Url?

I was wondering how I could get ser to use the page title as anchor text or even take keywords from the last path of a url and use those keywords as anchor text.
I've tested with the macro %blogtitle% but that uses the page title of target url. I want to do that for my own list of urls or money site urls. I have a few hundred urls for each site so to do manually is quite time consuming. Need an automated way to do it with a macro.
Something like %url_title% but that doesn't work.
