Can someone tell me what this is, as i seem to have this error last 3 weeks

    usually points to an issue with firewall/antivirus who can not handle the amount of traffic. Try to disable it and see if it helps.

    i have changed my dedicated proxies and its still got the same error

    Try using "Use NoneBlock Socks Mode" from first screenshot. It might help.

    Im sorry, it must be something on your system as this is not causing any issue with other customers so far. I have at least no idea how to help you here.
