If I turn CB on to solve olny over X% successful, do those under still get saved to file?

Greetings, GSA pplz! :)

I wanted to know if, in GSA-Captcha Breaker, the unsolved CAPTCHAs still save to the file, even for captchas that are skipped because I have the program settings to skip under a certain percentage of successful solves.
