Unable to get balance CheapCaptcha

Hello, I've got a problem with CheapCaptcha in GSA, whenever I click the test button all I get is "Unable to get balance". Anyone know why?

    can you share your login detail in pm? I never got the chance to test their api as i didn'T had an account.

    I am having the same problem with CheapCaptcha, unable to get balance. Just purchased 12K package for $4.73

    that post is many years old. It was resolved that time. However, send the login details in pm and so we can debug it.
