Tier 2 Filter URLs question

For a Tier 2 project submitting to Article, Social Network and Web 2.0 should I have the "Avoid posting URL on same domain twice" unchecked?

What about "Skip sites with more than XX outgoing links on page" - unchecked also?

    Yes you can uncheck that both, though personally I would not touch the first option.
