Capture services that interpret "Chinese" characters?

I have it set so that CB is first, and then I am manually second.  But even I can't figure out how I'm supposed to complete Chinese characters, such as what some sites seem to use.

*It's running on desktop.

    CB will not do that job and Im not aware of any service doing that. There is antigate which will solve Cyril characters, but thats it.
