For me SER proxy list setting got reset, this will happen very rarely.

    Yeah, I've seen this issue once years ago. 

    Are you using the most recent version of GSA SER? 

    if you figure out how to reproduce this issue, let us know. I had this happen once a few years back but havent seen it in years.
