On Projects Panel, Right Click->Show URLs->Show Remaining Target URLs

I check and see that there are 598 URLs remaining.

But when I activate the project, these do not get processed.

What must I do?

    I guess they are sitting there for some kind of reason like a set waiting time in scheduled posting.
