GSA Search Engine Ranker announced the botnet

Hello! I have run the following software simultaneously: GSA Search Engine Ranker, GSA Seo Index, GSA Capchar. After running, my network provider reported a botnet on my server. I have reinstalled the machine and only run 3 of this software will continue to be notified on. Does anyone know of such a phenomenon? And can you give me a way to fix it?

    I run malwarebytes (free) and this semes to prevent it.

    You can run malwarebytes plus keep updating the os
