verification SER will automatically remove mail from my mail server or not? It
will automatically delete the email from mail server? to save memory..

Enable the following and that's as much as you can do in SER:
Delete emails after verification
Delete emails older than 5 days
You can do more than 5 days just don't put less because you might lose a few verification emails that way.
