SER has stopped in '0' thread

Occasionally while I check my VpN, SER has been stopped. The thread was in '0'. I saw at 6p.m but it has been stopped at 9 a.m.
Why it has been stopped? Proxy is working well.

What my question is. 
Do SER will automatically start the next day

    You log already shows "project on pause for 416 minutes..."
    I guess it'S because of that!? your settings?

    My Tier 1 projects only paused but other projects not pause.

    but your tier filters might not see new targets to post to then? Seriously, I an not read minds or better predict your settings. You need to give us more than just this screenshot.

    If I running less project thread moved '0' no new links submitting.....

    I find out what this problem is coming. 
    All threads work after you "Delete unused accounts" and after some time return to '0' for a while, How do I handle this situation?

    How many days do I have to destroy, is there any recommendation? Can this be done as an auto schedule?

    Again I tested the "Delete unused accounts" not  a issue.
    If I start SER 100 thread working well, then it will reach '0'. 
    How can I rectify plz help me.
