Article builder giving error in gsa ser

Article builder is giving error in gsa ser while adding articles to project. Already contacted the Article builder support and they said the error is on GSA Ser side. Here is the screencast recording of the error in gsa ser https://www.screencast.com/t/2a0TmSlwZ .
