Exact same captcha, multiple times, deathbycaptcha

Hi. I hooked up deathbycaptcha (DBC) today and started a single campaign. After running for an hour, I had burned through all of my credits for DBC (5K) with only 750 successful captchas reported by SER. When checking with DBC via their captcha link (http://www.deathbycaptcha.com/user/captchas) it shows multiple of the same captcha being solved (like this: http://imgur.com/a/6Pn1k).  Is this expected behavior?  Any help would be much appreciated.

    You use DBC within SER or CB ?

    Sometimes SER does not know if a failed submission is because of the captcha result being wrong or something else. But I can improve this for next release to use a cache whenever possible. This should lower your captcha costs a bit.

    Great, thanks. Not sure how it's implemented, but cache would be helpful, I think.  Although, is there any timeout or wait subsequent to the request to DBC?  All of the requests seem very clustered together (for example, 5 requests over the span of 4-5 seconds). Does that seem odd to you?
